The trip to the house was easy today. And the three of us started to settle in. Here are a few highlights:
1) She showed us that she can roll over in the crib!
2) She showed us she can hold herself up on her arms!
3) We bottle fed her! (She really sucks—Steve told her this isn’t bad unless you’re a ball player in a hitting slump.)
4) She was a little dazed when we greeted her, but flashed us a big smile as we sent her kisses good-bye (even though she was tired and it was nap time).
5) We get to see her again tomorrow, and the day after that, and the day after that….

We just got home from a weekend out of town and were THRILLED to see you together. What a beauty. Aitugan is already excited to meet her.

We've been away, but throughout the day one of us would turn to the other and say "Wonder what Steve and Jane are doing now." When we got home and reconnected with cyberspace, we were so thrilled to see photos of your doughy little bobka! She is just as sweet as she can be.
We are also loving the commentary. Thanks for sharing so generously. It's amazing how connected we feel even at such great and exotic distance. We continue to send our love and support to you daily.
