We saw glimpses of it yesterday, but it was confirmed today for certain: Jem can crawl. Well, maybe it’s more accurate to say she can drag herself across the blanket. Not that she doesn’t need to rest every few inches. But rest refuels her and then she gets herself back up on her elbows, starts churning those big legs, and begins to advance before plunging to the mat again.
You really had to be there, because there’s lots of grunting and drooling to accompany the effort. It’s spectacular. And we’ve got a video to prove it. The popcorn’s free when you come over to Jem’s pad (in Boston) for a viewing.
